✳ AI AUTOMATION & WORKFLOW CREATION

The repeat work.
Without the repetition.

Connect your tools and build workflows for the jobs you do every day. Use AI where it helps, and ordinary automation where that's the better answer.

A clear starting point.
A result you can inspect.

Describe the trigger, the information used, the steps, and the output. Then decide what can happen automatically and where a person must review the result.

CONCEPTUAL SERVICE STUDY / NOT CLIENT WORK
01 / POSSIBLE PROJECT

A lead comes in

Capture the inquiry, route it to the right place, prepare a reply, and flag the next follow-up.

02 / POSSIBLE PROJECT

Content needs preparing

Turn an approved brief into draft captions, organize assets, and send the work for review before anything posts.

03 / POSSIBLE PROJECT

The team needs an update

Collect information from agreed sources and prepare a digest, task list, or exception report.

These are project examples, not claims about completed client work. Your requirements determine the final scope.

Useful work.
Defined permissions.

We agree on the trigger, the steps, permissions, approval points, and what happens when a tool fails. Third-party subscriptions, maintenance, and ongoing support are scoped separately.

Before we build.

Does every workflow need AI?

No. If a simple rule or integration does the job reliably, that's usually the sensible choice. AI can be useful when the task involves interpreting text, drafting, or sorting information—but it still needs checks.

Can you connect tools I already use?

We'll review the actual apps, available integrations or APIs, and the permissions required. Not every tool can be connected, so that is checked before a scope is agreed.

Will it run without me checking it?

That depends on the task. We define which actions can run unattended and which require review. Sending messages, publishing content, or changing records gets a deliberate approval decision in the project scope.

See the steps.
Keep the decision.

This example turns an inquiry into a prepared reply and a follow-up task, with a human review step in the middle.

Local demonstration only. No model is called, no message is sent, and no customer record is created.

FICTIONAL INQUIRY

“I'd like to discuss a new website for my shop. What do you need from me?”

  1. 1Receive a sample inquiry
  2. 2Prepare a draft reply
  3. 3You review it
  4. 4Create a follow-up task

You don't need a specification. These five details make it easier to discuss scope, costs, and next steps.
